•  We offer $8 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders under $100.
   
• Orders of $100 or more ship free anywhere in the U.S.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

•  Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
   
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

•  Shipping times vary by location.
   
• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
   
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Yes! Orders of $100 or more ship free anywhere in the U.S. No code is required. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout.

All orders come with a tracking number once shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives at your door.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zipeclair.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
