Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ZipEclair, we are committed to delivering quality products you will love. Since we are a small brand, our policies are designed to protect both you and us. Please review the following guidelines before making a return or requesting a refund.

Returns

  •  Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
     
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.
     
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn clothing, clearance items, or custom orders.

Refunds

  •  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
     
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  •  Exchanges are available for size changes only, provided the product is still in stock.
     
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
     
  • ZipEclair will cover the shipping of the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  •  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
     
  • We will make it right with either a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1.  Email us at support@zipeclair.com with your order number.
     
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
     
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
     
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
